In 2008, Russian Strategic Naval Force command (RVSN) division at Tatischevskogo will be fully operationalised with Topol-M Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles.

During December 2007, the division based in Tatishchev was fully operationalised with Topol-M. Tatishchev added four silo launchers. The RVSN now has 48 Topol-M fixed launchers.

In December 16, 2007 in Teykovskoy missile division had recieved three mobile launchers for Topol-M missiles. In 2008, Teykovskoy missile division will receive more mobile launchers.
