muslims of kashmir do not want to stay with india no matter whatever you do 4 them. it would be better if a plebiscite is conducted there under the supervision of some international organisation and act accordingly to the public opinion. also ensure that hindus and sikhs who have left there or are still there are properly compensated and rehabilitated. jingoism or chauvinism won’t solve the problem. by keeping military 4 such a long period india is tarnishing its image.indians won’t die without kashmir

It is great effort by Indian Army to take project for development of infrastructure in far-flung remote areas of Jammu and Kashmir envolving general masses.Major problem in Kashmir or any where else is economic. Many law and order as well as millitancy problems are generated out of poverty unemployment and unfair dealings of those in power
Establishment of microhydro power plants is a holy step taken by Indian Army which can reduce sufferings of people to a great extent and provide engagement to local youth
It is understood that many of such plants installed by Army have stopped functioning. These are required to be made functional. I am General Manager of a PSU nearing superannuation. I would like to contribute my services for setting right the nonfunctional power plants turning them to hybrid units and making them suitable multiutility functions
I would like to seize such opportunity
